Stormwater Outreach Project

Working with Water Words That Work through a technical assistance grant from The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF), The Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds (FPW) developed an expert steering committee to look at obstacles facing municipalities wanting to implement stormwater authorities. The biggest obstacles was? Residents want it called a Pollution Control and Flood Reduction Authority. Surprised by that finding?
